SWE+CZE camp in France starts on friday

Pure scandinavians and pure continentals will together try to master the challenging terrains near Clermont Ferrand and Fontainebleau.

Here comes a sort of "bulletin" with basic info concerning the camp organisation.

Výklus odplaví škodliviny
Výklus je první část další fáze. Laktát a škodliviny se vlivem výklusu odbourávají mnohem rychleji. 30 minut klusání dokáže snížit hladinu kyseliny ve svalech o 90%! Intenzita klusání by měla být cca 60% TFmax. Lze nahradit i nějakou míčovou hrou.
